- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
How to Return

- Follow the instructions to generate your return label
- Package your items securely and attach the label
- Drop off at your nearest shipping location
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. To process an exchange:
- Initiate a return through our Returns Center
- Select “Exchange” as your return reason
- Follow the instructions to complete your exchange request
Refund Information
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately through our online portal. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
International Returns
